Event Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Event Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your registration for The Inside-Out Leadership Intensive (the "Intensive"), including any optional VIP Integration Session or related participant resources purchased or provided with your registration. By completing your registration, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy linked at checkout.

The Intensive is provided by 6714366 Canada Inc. through the Suzan Hart brand ("Suzan Hart," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Event Details

The Inside-Out Leadership Intensive is a live virtual working session offered on two dates. Your registration is for one complete Intensive session:

·       Tuesday, November 10, 2026 — 8:00 AM–1:00 PM CT / 9:00 AM–2:00 PM ET

·       Friday, November 13, 2026 — 8:00 AM–1:00 PM CT / 9:00 AM–2:00 PM ET

The two dates are intended to provide the same complete Intensive experience. Event timing, format, speakers, exercises, and materials may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to support delivery of the program.

3. Registration, Price and Early Bird Coupon

The regular registration price for the Intensive is $297 USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.

A promotional coupon code, EARLYBIRD, may be used to receive $100 off the regular registration price, reducing the price to $197 USD, through Sunday, October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The coupon expires after that deadline and the regular $297 price applies beginning October 16, 2026.

Discounts must be applied at checkout before payment is completed. Promotional discounts are not retroactively applied after purchase unless we choose to do so in writing.

4. Date Selection and Requests to Switch Sessions

You are responsible for selecting the November 10 or November 13 Intensive when registering.

If you later need to request a change to the other Intensive date, contact us as soon as possible. Date-change requests may be considered case by case, subject to availability and administrative feasibility, and are not guaranteed.

5. No Refunds

All registrations are final and non-refundable. Because access, event preparation, materials, systems, and participant support are reserved or provided based on registration, refunds are not provided for scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, technology issues on the participant side, change of mind, or failure to use included resources.

If you cannot attend your selected live session, any replay access included with your registration remains subject to the replay terms below.

6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

If we cancel the Intensive entirely and do not offer a reasonable rescheduled date, alternate session, or substantially equivalent replacement, we will refund the amount you paid for the affected registration. If we reschedule or move a session, your registration will transfer to the revised session or another available Intensive date. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential expenses arising from a cancellation or schedule change.

7. Registration Transfers

Registrations may not be transferred, assigned, resold, or given to another person without our prior written approval. Any approved transfer must be completed before the applicable registration deadline and may require updated participant information or acknowledgements.

8. Live Virtual Participation and Technology

The Intensive is delivered virtually. You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, compatible device, current software, and an environment that allows you to participate safely and appropriately.

We are not responsible for individual internet outages, device problems, software incompatibility, or other technical issues outside our reasonable control. We may provide reasonable technical guidance, but participant-side technology problems do not create a right to a refund.

9. Replay and Portal Access

A replay is included with Intensive registration. The replay may be edited or divided into teaching and discussion segments and may not include every portion of the live event.

Replay and participant portal access will remain available for 30 days after November 13. Access is not indefinite and will expire at the end of the stated access period.

Replay access is for the registered participant only and may not be shared, copied, redistributed, uploaded, sold, or made available to others.

10. Participant Materials and Intellectual Property

Your registration may include the Mindset Mastery Playbook, Journal + Action Plan, reflection or working sheets, Mindset Reset materials, and other resources provided for use with the Intensive.

All program content and materials, including recordings, presentations, frameworks, worksheets, exercises, graphics, written materials, and teaching content, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of 6714366 Canada Inc. and/or the applicable rights holder.

Your registration grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own individual learning and implementation. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, publish, sell, license, upload, modify for resale, or create commercial training or derivative products from the materials without prior written permission.

11. 20-Minute Mindset Strategy Call

If your Intensive registration includes a 20-minute Mindset Strategy Call with Suzan, the call must be booked through the designated scheduling link and within the booking window communicated to participants. Availability is limited to the calendar times offered. Unused calls expire when the stated booking window closes.

The Strategy Call is intended to help you discuss what surfaced through the Intensive and consider possible next steps. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or a guarantee of any particular result.

12. Optional VIP Integration Session

The Inside-Out Leadership VIP Integration Session is an optional add-on and is not required to receive the complete Intensive experience.

The VIP Integration Session is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM CT / 7:00–9:00 PM ET, unless we notify registered VIP participants of a necessary scheduling change.

VIP is a live group integration session intended for deeper application, coaching, questions, discussion, and next-step work. VIP pricing and any upgrade deadline are the amounts and dates shown at checkout or in the applicable upgrade offer at the time of purchase.

VIP purchases are subject to the same no-refund policy stated in these Terms.

13. Recording, Replay and Participant Contributions

The Intensive and VIP session may be recorded for participant replay, program delivery, quality review, or internal educational purposes.

If you choose to participate with your camera, microphone, display name, chat, or other interactive features, your image, voice, name, comments, or contributions may be captured in the recording. By participating in those features, you acknowledge and consent to that capture for delivery of the participant replay and administration of the program.

Any separate use of a participant testimonial, image, voice, story, or identifiable contribution for advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes will be handled through an applicable release or additional consent where required. Marketing permission is not granted merely by purchasing the Intensive.

14. Group Discussion, Privacy and Confidentiality

The Intensive and VIP may include reflection, group conversation, participant questions, and examples drawn from real experiences. You control what personal information you choose to share.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not record, screenshot, publish, identify, or repeat another participant’s personal story or confidential information outside the program without permission.

Because this is a group environment, we cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. Please use appropriate judgment when sharing sensitive, proprietary, medical, legal, employment, family, or other private information.

15. Participant Conduct

We may remove a participant from a live session or participant space for conduct that is disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, harassing, intentionally harmful, or materially interferes with the experience of others. Removal for participant misconduct does not create a right to a refund.

16. Educational Nature of the Program

The Intensive, VIP session, Strategy Call, recordings, and participant materials are educational and developmental in nature. They are not a substitute for individualized medical, mental-health, legal, accounting, financial, employment, or other licensed professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, business choices, relationships, communications, and implementation of any ideas discussed in the program.

17. No Guarantee of Results

We do not promise or guarantee specific personal, leadership, business, financial, relationship, career, or other outcomes. Results vary based on many factors, including individual circumstances, participation, decisions, implementation, and factors outside our control.

18. Payment Processing and Charge Disputes

Payments are processed through the payment method and provider shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the stated charge.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the transaction and address any legitimate billing issue.

19. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Personal information collected through registration is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy linked at checkout or on the Suzan Hart website.

Consent to receive marketing emails, automated text messages, or promotional calls is separate from your agreement to these Event Terms. Where applicable, marketing communications will include the required opt-out options. You are not required to consent to promotional text messaging as a condition of purchasing the Intensive unless clearly stated otherwise and legally permitted.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6714366 Canada Inc., Suzan Hart, and their respective officers, contractors, team members, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Intensive, VIP session, participant materials, replay, portal, or your participation in them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any direct liability arising from your registration or participation will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific Intensive or add-on giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Intensive will be brought in the courts having jurisdiction in Ontario, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you register will govern your purchase, except that operational details such as event links, reasonable schedule adjustments, platform instructions, or resource-delivery details may be updated as necessary to deliver the program.
